New Care Providers get a full 30 days to use the platform at no charge. No credit card required to start. Your subscription only begins after the grace period ends — giving you time to get your first bookings.

Is browsing Care Provider profiles free?
Yes. Care Seekers can browse all profiles and send booking requests at no cost. The R100 fee only applies when you confirm a booking.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Care Providers can cancel their monthly or annual subscription at any time. Your profile stays active until the end of the billing period.
Is vetting mandatory for Care Providers?
No, vetting is optional. However, vetted Care Providers receive a verified badge and typically receive more booking requests from Care Seekers.
What happens after the 30-day grace period?
After 30 days, your subscription begins automatically. You can choose the R49/month or R399/year plan — or cancel before the grace period ends.
